Raymond was appointed managing director in September 2006. He previously managed the European operations of a
leading international financial services group, looking after four jurisdictions and more than 350 staff. His 18 year career with
that Group gave him extensive experience of a number of jurisdictions, in particular United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey, Geneva,
Luxembourg, British Virgin Islands and the Bahamas. Raymond is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified
