IAG In The Community

IAG recognises the importance of our duty in the area of corporate social responsibility. All stakeholders in IAG are cognisant of the impact we have on our community and environment.

Community
Our work in the community extends to supporting local charities, sponsoring local sport, music, art and working with special interest groups. Many of our staff participate in varied activities throughout the year, raising much needed funds for charitable organisations.

Workplace
IAG undertakes regular in-house training for our staff and operates a very successful social club that includes monthly events. Staff are encouraged to provide feedback and ideas and management attention is given to their personal and career progression. Financial and work time support is provided to members of staff who are selected to represent their country at international sporting events.

Environment
In support of global environmental initiatives we have in place recycling, energy saving and print saving policies.
