Mark is the Chief Financial Officer of IAG, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He has 17 years’ experience in offshore fund administration, during which time he has been a director of a number of offshore funds, managers and advisers. Prior to co-founding IAG in February 2000, he was company secretary, financial controller and head of operations for funds with assets in excess of £5 billion at Guernsey’s largest fund administrator.
